Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?

Yes! We offer immediate order cancellation between 24 and 48 hours of your order being placed.

Your order will be cancelled and refunded in full as soon as we get your request, so as the order has not shipped out yet.

If you would still like a refund once your order has been shipped out, you will have to initiate our standard returns process.

 

How do I return or exchange an item?

Our return policy is effective for 30 days from the time your order is delivered.Please refer to our returns & refunds policy for more information on how to initiate the returns process.

 

What are the reasons we won't accept your items for return?

  1. Ordered by mistake and package was already shipped out. (after 48 hours)
  2. Color of the product is not the same as on picture ( Product image color may vary by device and light)
  3. Copmpliance time is ended.
  4. Item is used and it is visible to the naked eye
  5. We don't accept used items
  6. Ordered wrong size (each product page has product dimensions by size)

 

What types of Payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

 

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

We’ll make it up to you. You can request a refund, or an exchange/store credit. Please contact us at sales@zenvibes.shop

 

Where do you ship from?

Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.

 

I am missing items from my order

Depending on the items you have ordered and our current stock at different locations, they may have been shipped out from different warehouse locations.

We fully guarantee and ensure that your package will arrive; if you find that your package has NOT arrived as per the timeline outlined on our Shipping FAQ page, please contact us at sales@zenvibes.shop and we’ll get you sorted!

 

Shipping Covid Update:

All shipments are insured. Insurance will be paid out if the package is not delivered in 60 days after shipment. Of course, you should receive your package sooner but if it's stolen/damaged or lost you will be refunded. Also, you have 30 days guarantee if you are not satisfied with your order after receiving it and you can send it to our US address and get a refund from us.  

 

Do ZenVibes pay for returning shipping fees?

No. If free shipping was the option when products were ordered.
